Before you start.
- Do I need boxing experience?
- No. Beginner level starts with single punches and short combinations, and the punch numbers are explained in the app. If you're new, get your stance and guard checked by someone qualified when you can.
- Is this a coach?
- It's a training partner. It calls combinations so you can drill on your own. It doesn't watch or correct your form.
- Does it need an internet connection?
- Only to sign in and to sync your history. Training works offline.
- What does it cost?
- Your first full session is free. After that, a single payment unlocks everything for good. No subscription.
